Well, I haven't heard from the city, but I made a decision. I wanted to thank everyone for their support. Giving up the woodworking was not an option.
I spoke to the guy with the shop space again, got him down more on the rent. I've decided to move there. I put alot of thought into it and feel it is the best decision. I enjoy woodworking, it brings me sense of peace. But with the concern about the noise, I wasn't enjoying what I do. I have a few shops selling my stuff and have some savings for the rent of this shop. I've been thinking of taking my woodworking up a notch and putting more time and effort into selling stuff. Maybe this is the time for that. Thanks again for the support.

Everytime a door closes, there is a window that is open. If thats what you have decide you go for it. Ya never know this could be the best push that you have gotten.
